PAYMENT POLICY:

customer has to make full payment of the order amount at the time of check out time through online payment gateway available on checkout page.

Cash On Delivery (COD) option is Not available.

SHIPPING POLICY:

once order is placed and paid by customer, we will ship the products in the 3 working days.

shipping is free of cost to all over india. FREE SHIPPING.

RETURN POLICY:

No return policy.

At present we are not accepting the return of the products once delivered to you.

REFUND POLICY:

If the products you have ordered is stockout at our warehouse than we will refund the full money within the 3 working day.


I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT! NOW WHAT?

At ILLILONDON we create products with rigorous quality control. In rare cases where you do receive damaged or soiled products, please send us digital photos of the product at sales@illilondon within 24 hours of receiving it and sent your contact number in the email. We’ll assist you and will provide you with the best possible solution with your complaint.

I THINK I GOT A WRONG REFUND. WHAT DO I DO?

In case of any queries relating to amount of refund credited, please write to us at sales@illilondon.com.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
